About the Class

Perfect for the first-timer to advanced athlete, you’ll leave dripping with sweat and wanting more. (45 minutes) Ready, set, row! Challenge your entire body with the dynamic duo of rowing and strength using our state-of-the-art WaterRowers, weights and more! Class consists of a technique and mobility warm-up to prepare the body followed by heart-pumping, joint-saving rowing/strength training interval sets.

Special Instructions

Indoor Classes Safety & Registration Protocol Pre-registration required. No on-site registration. Please arrive a minimum of 5-10 minutes before class start time. No late arrivals. Please be courteous and cancel your registration if needed a minimum of 12 hours before your reserved class to open up a spot for another member. Late cancel (less than 12 hours before your reserved class) and no-showing = 1 lost class. For Unlimited & VIP Members, a late cancel (less than 12 hours before your reserved class) and no-showing incurs a $15 fee.
