Mobility will focus on movement, balance, and restoring your body to a more functional state. We will start with mobility movement flow and then transition to total body strength. This is the perfect 60-minute workout to focus on increasing range of motion and building muscle.
Indoor Classes Safety & Registration Protocol Pre-registration required. No on-site registration. Please arrive a minimum of 5-10 minutes before class start time. No late arrivals. Please be courteous and cancel your registration if needed a minimum of 12 hours before your reserved class to open up a spot for another member. Late cancel (less than 12 hours before your reserved class) and no-showing = 1 lost class. For Unlimited & VIP Members, a late cancel (less than 12 hours before your reserved class) and no-showing incurs a $15 fee.
