is your dedicated trainer at JH Fitness Academy. With over 20 years
of experience as a personal trainer and a remarkable background in
martial arts spanning over 36 years, you can trust that you're in
capable hands.
Junior's journey in martial arts has been exceptional. He has
dedicated over three decades to training, competing, and coaching
in various disciplines. His expertise shines through with his
accomplishments as a three-time National Champion alongside his
 British, and Commonwealth Championship Titles in Muay Thai
and Kickboxing. Junior's firsthand experience as a successful
competitor gives him invaluable insights into the training process
and allows him to share his knowledge and skills with his
clients.
With more than 20 years of experience as a personal trainer,
Junior has honed his coaching abilities and developed a deep
understanding of effective training methodologies. He has worked
with individuals of all fitness levels and backgrounds, tailoring
his approach to meet their specific needs and goals.
Junior's qualifications, including a BSc (Hons) degree in Sport
and Fitness Coaching, exemplify his commitment to his profession
and ongoing learning. He stays abreast of the latest research and
