MJ has been in the fitness industry for over 12 years, she is a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Conditioning Specialist, Strength and Conditioning coach as well as a Fitness Instructor teaching classes such as Strength training, Kickboxing, Pilates, Barre & dance classes. Her passion for movement started at a very young age with dance and soccer then moving into weight training. She has helped countless women change their bodies and lifestyle and is always refining her strategies to provide the best results with the years of experience, she has worked with everyone from teen athletes, to pre and post natal women. MJ has always made it a personal goal of hers to help people achieve their fitness goals and truly assist in bettering their lives not only on the outside but from the inside out.
