Luisa is the founder and CEO of Stronger with Luisa.  She shares an incredible passion for helping others. Her goal is to allow her clients to gain self-confidence and strength. The pandemic of 2020 allowed Luisa to devote her expertise to design online training sessions solely to empower others in times of adversity and beyond. Luisa truly loves to connect with others to help them build a better connection with their bodies and minds.
