LIFT is a full-body strength workout that focuses on resistance training using weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises. This class can help build strength and increase muscle – suitable for intermediate fitness levels.
To better accommodate our growing waitlists and ensure that members who can attend have access to available spots, we’ve implemented a $15 charge for each late cancellation. To avoid being charged, be sure to cancel your class 6 hours before the start of the class. Please note that when you join the waitlist for a class, it indicates your interest in reserving a spot if one becomes available at any time. If you no longer wish to attend, we kindly ask that you remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid being automatically added to the class if a spot opens up.
