Olympic weightlifting is a fun sport that provides a mental and physical challenge. On Tuesdays we focus on Snatches and Back Squats and Thursday's class focuses on the Clean & Jerk and Front Squats. Come and learn a new movement skill in a fun and supportive environment. It's highly encouraged that you have previous experience with deadlifting, squatting and overhead pressing with a barbell, but all skill levels are welcome. Please inform the coach of any relevant injuries.
