Kristy has been training clients since 2009, as well as having served as a Physiotherapist Assistant for 1 year. She taught a variety of clients how to move better: to get through life easier!Some ways Kristy has made a difference in my clients' lives are: teaching them preventative health care, improving their current injuries/limitations, improving stability in their joints, improving their balance and coordination, increasing their strength, improving their flexibility and mobility of joints and muscles, increasing their energy/stamina/endurance, improving their sleep quality, increasing their cardiovascular health and circulatory system, improving their mood/confidence, becoming more independent, improving their diet -all while decreasing body fat, reducing tension/pain, reducing blood pressure, reducing cholesterol, reducing blood sugar level and alleviating anxiety/depression and many more benefits.
