Hot Pilates is a low impact exercise comprising of controlled movements that enhance your balance, core strength, mobility, flexibility and even your mood. It focuses on the smaller and deeper muscles that support your structure, aiming to build strength while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Our Pilates classes are designed to suit all capabilities, whether its your first session or you are an experienced Pilates goer.
