Felicia Melcer received dual BFA degrees in Theater and Vocal performance from Fredonia State University.  After spending a summer teaching in Chautauqua New York, Felicia took  the position of Director at the Buffalo Ensemble Theatre Conservatory.  A highlight of this position was the yearly Backer's Showcase Audition the theater program mounted and took to New York City, which featured  Buffalo Ensemble Theater students and local playwrights.  Since she has been in the Orlando area, Felicia has had the privilege to teach and direct many local  performers, both youth and adult.  She has taught at the Community School at Rollins College, as well as her own CFM Studio.  Through CFMS, Felicia wrote and directed countless shows with students 8-21, performing these productions  in such venues as The Annie Russell Theater, and  The Goldman Theater at the Orlando Shakes.  In the summer of 2018, Felicia went to IO Theater in Chicago to study and perform in their Musical Improv. program. She has taught this skill to numerous adults in Orlando through the Tinder Box and Ad Lib Theaters.  Some favorite roles Felicia has played include Aldonza in Man of La Mancha, Sarah in Guys and Dolls, Agnes in I Do! I Do! and Inez in No Exit.
