Float therapy involves immersing the body in a sensory deprivation tank filled with Epsom salt water, which allows for a state of deep relaxation and weightlessness. This unique environment minimizes external stimuli, helping to reduce stress, alleviate muscle tension, and enhance mental clarity. We 4 private suites, each with a Float pool, allowing you to relax in a sensory-input-controlled environment and soak into Epsom salt saturated water. If you have never floated before, we highly recommend a 30 or 60-minute session for the first time. For deeper relaxation, you can choose 90 minute float session.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to go through orientation and begin your relaxation. Avoid shaving at least 12 hours before your float; else, you will be distracted by the Epsom salt sting. Eat a light, easily digestible meal; an empty or too-full stomach is not ideal for floating.
