Caroline began her dance training in Walnut Creek, CA at The Ballet School and later Contra Costa Ballet. She graduated with a BFA from the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC where she was first introduced to the therapeutic benefits of Pilates. Upon returning to the Bay Area she enjoyed a long lived career as a free lance dancer collaborating with numerous choreographers and dance companies including Push Dance Company, Coterie Dance, On3 Dance and AVID Dance Project. She continued her dance education at LINES Ballet, ODC, Berkeley City Ballet and Shawl Anderson Modern Dance Center. Growing as a movement artist her career path led her into fitness and the pursuit of various certifications. She has trained extensively in numerous modalities of somatic and therapeutic forms of movement rehabilitation and enjoys the constant furthering of knowledge in the field of physical healing. Her movement mentors (amongst many) include Rebekah Schultz (Pilates), Anne-Rene Petrarca (Modern, Alexander Technique), Maurya Kerr (Gyrokinesis), Naffie Fischbacher (Feldenkrais).
