I walked into the class with some trepidation and walked out with the biggest smile. I have not danced in two decades, never was a serious dancer, and many other participants looked very professionals. My fears could not have been more unnecessary. The teacher for the pop up community class encouraged us to focus on our own body experience, explore aka research our bodies and movements without any judgment or expectations, other than to experience something new. I loved it and will be back.
