Nav - Teacher | BeginnersHey wonderful people,  it’s Nav here! I will be the new Teacher for Beginners R&B at the Army DC and I couldn’t be more excited to start this new journey with you all, and become our most sassy, confident and empowered selves! A bit about me, I started dancing when I was 6 years old training in Bollywood, this style was all about performance and stage presence! Since then I began trying out urban styles of dance and this allowed me to infuse all I learnt in Bollywood such as facial expressions, femininity and flair! There is so much magic in movement and this is what I passionately aim to share in these classes, through learning how to trust your body, unleashing your inner wild side and most importantly letting loose and having a blast! My favourite styles at THE ARMY DC are commercial and heels, and this will be predominantly what I'll be teaching you guys whilst constantly improving my other styles and sharing my knowledge through classes! See you on Monday ;)
