For continuing students who have a strong foundation from either a level 1 or experience in a level 1-2 class. All classes will explore a variety of asana (physical poses) including inversions and revolved poses as well as svadhyaya (self-study). Many weeks will include other components of yoga such as meditation, pranayama, and philosophical inquiry. We will explore and play with plenty of support along the way. This class meets in person.

You are always welcome to wear a mask; masks are available at the front desk. Please do not come to class if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness.
