Get ready to burn those calories twerking. No Pole needed for this and it's ALL LEVELS!!! You will go through a mobility warm up first making sure you are safe as you move your entire body through this class. Get ready to tone your core, legs and most importantly your booty! Even if you don't usually twerk we highly encourage you to try. It's a lot of fun and a great way to get better at your Twerk skills while burning lots of calories. Tennis shoes or bare feet are preferred for this, water, towel, and KNEE PADS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Ages 18+.
Wear clothes that inspire you to get your groove on. We suggest pole shorts, pole tops, tennis shoes and knee pads. Bring a water bottle.
