We will use a combination of weights, bands, & bodyweight movements to build the strength we need to move our bodies around in the air as easily and safely as possibly. Kyla is an aerialist, strength coach, and retired midwife with extensive education in postpartum corrective exercise. She pulls from all of these perspectives to help you gain strength & confidence in the air.
