LEVEL - Intermediate Dive into a whole body workout. This class is designed to fire every muscle in your body and bring you to the state of shaking. Your instructor will guide you through a flow of exercises that will work on your strength, flexibility and mobility. Appropriate for clients who have Pilates experience. This challenging and fast-paced class is designed to build endurance, enhance flexibility and strengthen the entire body. This class is suitable for those with a strong foundation in Level 1 classes.
