This challenging class is geared toward students with a strong yoga practice. Class will include sun salutations, standing/balancing poses, forward/backward bends, twists and inversions taught within a flowing sequence. More advanced breath practices may be introduced. Not appropriate for new beginners. Please bring your own mat to class.
We require preregistration for all of our classes, workshops and events. CANCELLATION POLICY Regularly scheduled classes can be cancelled up to 3 hours before they begin. Workshops and events can be cancelled up to 48 hours before they begin. Please note, if we do not have sufficient sign up for a class or an event we will cancel the class or event 2 hours before it begins.
