About the Class

This introductory class will give you a chance to try out both Aerial Hammock/Silks and Aerial Hoop. This class is the prerequisite needed to continue with Hammock L1 and Aerial Hoop L1 classes. You will learn basic positions and poses on both apparatuses. No experience is required. You must wear long tights and a capped sleeve at the least to cover the armpits. DO NOT WEAR SHORTS OR CROP TOPS. No buttons or zippers as well as no jewelry.
