About the Class

Intermediate/Advance - 50 minutes A more challenging, faster-paced, total body workout that will leave you feeling stronger, more flexible and standing with improved body alignment. In this class you will build your practice even further. The exercises are more difficult, with faster transitions and flow. This class can involve more kneeling, standing and balancing series. CLASS PREREQUISITE: Clients should be injury free. Previous Pilates experience highly recommended.

Special Instructions

Pilates socks REQUIRED. Reservations for group classes must be cancelled within 12 Hours to avoid a Late Cancel or No Show Fee equivalent to the full price of class.   Masks optional. Bring water if you would like. Please do not wear any perfume, fragrances, heavy creams or oils on skin or in hair to class.  Please park in front or across from studio if possible.  Please leave driveway for elderly clients.
