Low on impact, low on props, but not low on burn! Welcome to our lowest impact class. Whether you are new to our studio (or to barre) or it is a day your body craves some different movement, Barre Flow will walk you through classic barre positions with the support of the barre. After breaking down the technique of our warm up, we build a progression of classic barre positions, taking an opportunity to review the technique of each position as we work through it. As the flow builds, you will get your heart rate up, no jumping needed! The Flow is followed by arm and abdominal work, then we close class with a classic barre stretch. Take Barre Flow on its own, or pair it with another class for a thorough movement session for your mind and for your body.
