Short on time? Can you hang with me for 15 minutes?  Barn Basics takes everything down a notch.  When performed consistently, a 15-minute workout will allow you to feel stronger, more flexible, and happier from head to toe.  Included in these 15-minute workouts are strength, core, and stretching.  It's a great way to begin a consistent exercise program! Equipment used: dumbbells, body bar,  tubes with handles, loop band, mat, 8-foot yoga strap, gliding discs.  You can substitute equipment.
