Baby & Me Yoga offers postpartum strength-building exercises and breath-based techniques and relaxation for adults, as well as gentle movement for babies. In this class, you will have the opportunity to bond with your baby, move, stretch, get stronger, and connect with fellow new parents. Gentle massage techniques and healthy stretches and movements for baby’s early development will also be shared. Caregivers are encouraged to show up exactly as they are, as we acknowledge unique birth experiences and recovery journeys. Classes are designed for all caregivers and postpartum parents (as early as they are comfortable and with doctor’s consent) and pre-crawling babies.
In-person Class Policies Please check in at Front Desk upon arrival. We encourage our community members to stay up-to-date with all vaccinations, including Covid boosters. You are always welcome to wear a mask; masks are available at the front desk. Please do not come to class if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness. If you are testing positive for Covid, please join us online until you test negative. Cancellations are accepted up to 30 minutes prior to the start of the class. Late & Retroactive cancellations will not be refunded.
