Yoga means to yoke or to unify. Yoga is a time tested ancient tradition that offers magical union of breath and helps us focus as we align the subtle energy that forms the foundation of our health. The practice follows will include basic and accessible, classic yoga postures interwoven with simple verbal cues. Come practice witth us slow down and embody the art of mindfulness. The last third of the class will offer you a restorative enviroment using bolster, blocks to support your restorative postures. This class is suitable for all levels. Level 1-2.0 in intensity
