This is a 75 minute sequence of the Original Hot Yoga created by Bikram Choudhury and is practiced in +40°C. You are encouraged to listen to your body, work at your own pace and do the best you can do with how your body feels that day, always resting if you need to. Each class improves your body and mind. This sequence increases your energy levels whilst calming your mind. If you are new to this sequence it will teach you how to practice; how to breathe; and how to be still in the heat. As this is a challenging class, it is suitable for practitioners of Hot Yoga and seasoned Yogis alike. Those new to Hot Yoga, we recommend you start with the 60 minute class first.
