26&2 (bikram) Yoga is practiced in a heated environment of 103 degrees and includes a set sequence of 26 poses paired with two breathing exercises. This style of yoga improves strength, flexibility, and stamina. It also supports injury recovery, boosts cardiovascular health, alleviates stress, and enhances mental clarity.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class begins. Remove shoes upon entering, and leave personal belongings in cubby. Please silence phones, and watches.
