About the Appointment

Thank you for your interest in a ZOOM Integrative Herbal consultation. Integrative Herbal consultations are a great way to empower yourself in your health & wellness journey! This meeting is designed to look over your past & present health in-depth, help you become more informed about your individualistic needs, and offer possible solutions or strategies to implement on your way to well-being.   Prior to your visit: - You will need to fill out a preliminary questionare which explains your reasons for seeking out a consultation as well as giving a better picture of your current health situation overall. (directions below)  - We also ask that you submit any relevant/or most recent medical tests.  What to expect on your visit: Initial consults usually last anywhere from 1-2 hours.  -We will go over in depth preliminary paperwork thoroughly to gain an understanding of what it reflects.  -Together, we will go over your health history, current diet & lifestyle, personal constitution, social & mental health, and anything else that can apply to your consultation.  -You will be given tools and techniques to get started on your path to health recovery.  - We will begin to formulate a protocol to optimize your well being wich can include custom or standard herbal formulas,  flower essences, supplemental support, dietary changes, lifestyle changes, a recommendation to seek an allopathic or alternate healer (examples: Chiropractor, Massage therapy, Primary care, Osteopathic physician, Reiki healer, etc...), and more. **Custom herbal formulas can be in the form of a tincture, tea, salve, poultice, herbal bath, or more. There is NO extra charge for custom formulations unless specifically noted otherwise by the practitioner. Recommended custom formulas will ONLY be given at the request of the client. Otherwise they can purchase the raw material and make the formulas themselves if they wish to do so.** - At the closure of the meeting we will set up a subsequent appointment to review a more formalized protocol, any changes that may have occured with preliminary recommendations, and implement any changes moving forward.
