About the Appointment

This Is a follow up appointment following on from an injury which has been assesed. If you are  an exisitng Client but have a New injury, we advise that you book a 45 minute follow up treatment, to allow time for assesment of a new injury. What is Sports Therapy? Sports Therapy treatment not only deals with treating athletes and sports injuries but anyone dealing with common complaints such as Back & Neck pain, Mobility problems, Muscular & Joint injuries, Postural issues and work related aches & pains.  A sports therapist offers hands on treatment for those suffering with a specific injury, chronic aches or for those preparing and recovering from a sporting event or general discomfort from postural imbalance, occupational duties or lifestyle activities Our therapists have extensive experience working with the general public to elite athletes and sports teams.   At HH Sports Therapy, the aim is to provide a personalised treatment plan to get you back to peak health. This  will be devised on the initial consultation, and if for some reason we think referral may be necessary we will point you in the right direction to ensure you receive the best possible care. Treatment & Rehabilitation  After your initial assessment, we will identify the cause and will treat it with a combination of manual therapies.  These can include Electrotherapy, Sports Massage, Soft tissue & Joint mobilisations, Eurotherapy, Bellabaci cupping, Warm Bamboo techniques, Medical Acupunture the application of Kinesio Taping Techniques and full rehabilitation advice and programme which will include exercise therapy.

Special Instructions

Please wear loose and appropriate clothing – for example if your having treatment on the knee. Please wear shorts or loose trousers.   Please try to arrive on time to ensure you recieve the full treatment time booked  Please can you give us as much notice as possible if you wish to cancel an appointment. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48hrs notice you will be liable to pay for the treatment in full.
