Thoroughly enjoyed my first experience at dance workout.

Even though I was the only student for my first lesson, due to another student being away, I really enjoyed the individual attention from my dance instructor, Rocky. I hadn't done any dance classes for over a decade but Rocky was very patient with me and made it fun. Thank-you Rocky.

This was my first time doing reformers and I really enjoyed it! Ginny was lovely and very helpful. The only difficulty I had was finding the studio initially.

Stefan has been asking to do dance for a while now but I was hesitant as I wanted to make sure he enjoyed it. He loved his first lesson! He hasn’t stopped talking since I picked him up. He was already talking about the concert and who he wants to invite. Thank you for making his first experience positive!

Me and my friend absolutely loved both Salsa and Bachata classes. We are looking forward to the next block starting we can join in again! The dance instructor is lovely, and we also loved that it turned out to be a ladies salsa class.

Melanie was great! I enjoyed every bit of the one on one pilates class. It helped me to learn what I need to focus on in the future for strengthening core muscles etc. It is a pleasant room with good equipment.
