Cancellation Policy: We have a firm cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class will incur a charge of 100% unless otherwise negotiated with O’Livia. No-shows will be charged 100% of the fee. If a class/workshop is outside of regular business hours, the front door will be locked, so please arrive on time.  If you are running late, please send us a text so we can ensure someone will let you in. 

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice will result in a full credit to your Zenning account.

Refunds are only provided if the instructor or practitioner cancels or due to inclement weather. Otherwise, payments will be credited to your Zenning account.
