About
Robin Bourdeau was a hardworking mother juggling everything from her family to her career to her health. And like a lot of working mothers, she was eventually stretched to a breaking point. “My career and my family took precedence over everything else, my health and everything,” Robin told us when we spoke to her about her business. “Before I knew it, I was 270 pounds…I was unrecognizable. Having grown up in gymnastics and been a coach, I was mortified.”
In 2007, Robin decided that enough was enough. She took it upon herself to actively reclaim her life and happiness. “I ate healthy, I exercised, and I dropped well over 100 pounds. I’ve kept it off for more than ten years at this point.”
After her amazing transformation, Robin noticed that the people in her life had started to look up to her as an example. At corporate dinners, her colleagues would request to have the same meal as her. In the office, they asked about her lifestyle and wanted to emulate her success. “I want to be able to continue to inspire people to live that kind of life,” Robin told us. “I’m a personal trainer, I teach yoga, I’m learning to teach Pilates. I just want to do this full time. So, I did.”
And so Robin Bourdeau Coaching was born.
Since then, Robin has worked hard to find success for herself and for her clients. She discovered a direct path to that success with NPE.
