User Reports That Arbox Promised Features They Didn’t Have
Business owners pay for Arbox software in the hopes of making it easier to manage their daily operations. However, a couple of users claim the features that seemed so attractive were nowhere to be found once they paid for the software.

One disappointed user, Robert Leach, called Arbox “dishonest” and claimed they “promised a whole raft of features and support, all of which disappeared after we paid the annual fee.
In his review, Robert expresses disappointment after sitting through multiple phone pitches and hoping to use the promised features for his business.
“The software looked like it had the potential to do everything we were looking for,” he says. “But the features described in their numerous sales pitch phone calls failed to materialize after payment.”
To make the experience worse, Arbox reportedly refused to issue Robert a refund. “When challenged, they refused to refund any of the money even when their product was not as described,” he explains.
Another user, Trina E., agrees that Arbox did not follow through on promised features and also had issues getting a refund.
She describes Arbox as “poor,” and says, “the sales department was full of false promises.” Regarding her refund, Trina says, “I was told that if they could not provide what was promised, I would get a refund. Now I am being told that I don’t qualify.”

The features these users were promised are an essential part of a positive user experience. Mobile app capabilities are just as essential, especially from the client side. A functioning mobile app helps clients book classes conveniently and can drive revenue.
However, according to one user, Nolan M., the interface made it difficult to work with the app at all. Nolan says he dislikes “the app look, the interface, and the login issues.”
He also claims these issues negatively impacted his experience working with the software. “I thought I would be working in the app directly, but it was all through a horrible browser interface. It doesn’t work well, requires too much time, and doesn’t interface across various devices particularly well,” he explains.
Going by Nolan’s experience, Arbox’s mobile app seems to be anything but convenient.

They described the software as “severely lacking features for ease of use, such as switching payment methods, owner tools, and changing tools for users.”
