August 2015 Release
Our August release is here with new refinements driven by your feedback! In addition to the highlighted improvements, there have been countless changes and fixes made behind-the-scenes to seamlessly improve your experience. Your continued support and feedback is appreciated – while we can’t implement all requests, we strive to satisfy the needs of our core customers and thoughtfully consider all suggestions!
Saving client credit card data
Have you wanted to confirm a client’s credit information for future purchases without the need to manually write credit information down, or risk having incorrect information on file? Save credit card data – without the need to charge your clients, risk mistakes in recording data, or potentially losing sensitive payment information. Bookable asset integration
We’re working hard to improve bookable assets. We’ve added integration with class creation and class scheduling. Classes can now include shared and individually used assets that will be selected during scheduling and booking respectively. Look forward to many more improvements to bookable assets in coming releases.
Store and sales localization
The online store now contains a location selection, allowing businesses to track sales at individual locations more clearly. A new location filter has been added to sales reports to isolate the data you want.
Look & feel improvements
The addition of new look & feel options allows you to:
- Customize the colors used for staff availability and unavailability on the schedule calendar view (set by their individual working hours).
- hide or show canceled classes and appointments on a per staff-member basis.
- Set the display style of appointments (the main line of the appointment can be set to display the appointment type, staff member’s name, or attending client’s name).

Early bird discounts for events
Want to encourage clients to sign up for your events early and often? Set a deadline and a special discount for those interested in reserving early. Get your clients in the door long before your sessions take place!
Import improvements
Another month means continued improvement of our migration capabilities. This month, we’ve made the following improvements:
- Staff pay rates are now included for appointments being imported.
- Squashed bugs related to imported future classes – correcting client attendance, date and time on schedule, and classes now deduct correctly from client’s purchase options.
- Sales reports now reflect the full amounts paid by imported memberships.
- The ability to remove old client imports.
View signed waivers and contracts
Easily view a client’s signed waivers and contracts through the waiver and contract sections of their client profiles.
