Earlier this week, we began rolling out updates and you’ll find some exciting additions to the Achieve Client App, expanded payment options, and multiple features to streamline your operations and free up more time. New Features
Achieve PRO Client App
Introducing the newest addition to our Achieve Client App: Achieve PRO. The new PRO update will allow for greater customization within the app, easier booking, and an even more streamlined experience for your clients. We’re continuing to improve on the app more and more every day, and we always want to know what will improve your user experience.

Custom app options
With Achieve PRO, you can build your own, totally customized, completely branded app! Customize your app icon and background, make appearance adjustments, change button styles, and adjust your clients’ profile screens. Whatever you can imagine: it’s all in your control. Put your best face forward to your clients by creating a consistent experience every step of the way.
Bookable assets
When your clients book a class using Achieve PRO, they can now book assets, too! Whether they need to reserve an exercise bike or pick out their favorite pair of rental boots, your clients can book easily from one place. Not only will your clients appreciate the simplicity, but your staff will appreciate the extra time to focus on more important tasks than micromanaging asset reservations.
Event booking
To give your clients even more options in the app, we’re introducing the ability to book events directly. This includes the ability to enroll in programs or workshops, as well, so your clients can take care of any reservations all in one place.
Event Deposits
Whenever you require a deposit from a client for any service, you want to be sure to account for that. While deposits for appointments have been a part of the WellnessLiving system for some time, you can now set up deposits specifically for events. This option will help to simplify your accounting process and ensure that your clients are always properly served, no matter what type of service they have booked.
Session Reconciling
Uncomplicate your online store for both your customers and staff by eliminating silly, avoidable purchase conflicts with the new Reconcile button. This button will appear only to staff members and will give them the ability to complete purchases using applicable passes and memberships. This means that when a client has an unpaid session to which one of their memberships or passes can apply, that unpaid session can be reconciled in just a few clicks. Your staff members can choose which pass or membership should be applied to each purchase, further eliminating potential client account issues.
Contact History
Keep track of all your client interactions in the right place: one place. For easier searchability, the Email History on client profiles has been changed to Contact History. Now, you can view any interaction with any client by filtering this list by contact method: email, mail, in person, phone, or SMS. You can record every interaction with your clients by creating contact logs manually, as well. Logs may be created for any interaction, even those that take place outside of the WellnessLiving system, such as walk-ins and phone calls.
Account Purchase Option
With our new purchase option type, Account Purchase Option, you can set a specific dollar amount to add to your clients’ accounts. With this purchase option, your clients can keep their accounts topped up with funds that can be used at any time, for anything. In essence, this option will allow your clients to pay-as-they-go for access to everything in your store. Give your clients even more reasons to choose you by making it easier than ever for them to buy!
Cash-Out Report
You want to have the most complete records possible, and you never want your money to be unaccounted for. That’s why we’ve added a new option on your store page: Cash Close Out. When a staff member chooses this function, they will be directed to a page where your tills’ totals can be recorded. Then, staff members can proceed to preview and complete your cash out. With this level of functionality, WellnessLiving is the only POS you need to keep everything in order.
Improvements
Attendance List Redesign
The Attendance List has been seriously overhauled: the icons are better organized, the options are more complex, and the overall view is much more intuitive. You can now add clients and cancel or substitute an instructor directly from your attendance list quickly and easily. With the option to page through lists by type, more client sorting options, and two different list views to choose from, you will find even more reasons to love your attendance lists.
Display Open Hours Only
Be sure that your calendar is always working for you. Your calendar now has the option to display only the business hours that you are open. When this option is selected, the calendar will be streamlined to only show the dates and times that your business is open and services are available. Get to know your calendar and make schedule conflicts and confusion a thing of the past.
Adding Payment Details on Client Profile – Copy Address
Credit card and ACH payments can be intimidating, and it’s our job to make your merchant processing methods as simple as possible. Now, when you are adding a credit card or ACH to a client’s profile, or when you are using the Online Store’s virtual terminal, a checkbox labelled Same As Client Profile Details will be available. When this box is checked, the client name and billing information will be copied from the relevant client’s profile details. This means that you no longer need to enter the same address information more than once for one client, because we’ll keep it all organized for you.
Restrict Clients to Booking Inside Active Pay Period
We always want to give you more control over your business and maximize flexibility in your booking. With this new option, you can restrict clients from booking sessions outside of their active pay period. For example, if a client has a monthly membership, you can limit that client to booking only during the month for which their membership applies. Now you can give your clients more control over their booking, while still maintaining control yourself.
New Direct Booking URL
Your direct marketing campaigns should always give your clients exactly what they need. A new Direct Booking URL has been added and can be found when setting up your services. This link will bring clients directly to the booking page for the service to which the link is related. The page will include your branding and themes, and allow the client to book the service directly. You can send this link in emails or SMS messages to clients to make booking even easier and faster.
New Staff Notification: Substitution
With this new staff notification, you can feel even more secure in WellnessLiving’s organization of your staff by ensuring that everyone is always connected and informed. The Substitution notification will be sent to staff specifically when they are assigned a new class after a substitution. When this notification is active, the substitute instructor will receive one notification when the schedule is modified and another 24 hours prior to the start of the class.
