Together with thousands of Canadians, we're walking and fundraising for The Coldest Night of the Year to support people and families in our community facing hurt, hunger, and homelessness. We’d love for you to join us!
When: Saturday, February 22nd Check-in: Opens at 4:00 PM Walk Starts: 5:00 PM Meeting Place: Alliston Memorial Arena (49 Nelson Street West) Registration Fee: FREE! Everyone is welcome to join and fundraise for their local CNOY charity.
Kids are welcome to join our team and walk with us! Sorry, there is a no-pets policy.

This immersive workshop offers a unique blend of:

Now Offering Open Gym Times!
We’re thrilled to announce that Iolite Fitness Studio will be testing Open Gym times throughout January and February! This trial period is the perfect opportunity to add flexibility to your fitness routine and make the most of our studio space and equipment.
What is Open Gym?Open Gym allows you to work out at your own pace during designated times. It’s a self-directed hour where you can focus on your personal fitness goals, whether that’s strength training, stretching, or cardio.
Who Can Participate?Open Gym is available for clients with:

Flex Pass Memberships
Or by booking a single drop-in for $25 per session.
How to Book
Reserve Your Spot: Booking works just like our regular classes—log into our app to secure your 60-minute session.
Dates Open in Advance: Slots open 2 weeks in advance, so plan ahead!
Limited Availability: Each time slot is capped at 4 participants, so book early to guarantee your spot.
Important Notes:
Staff Availability: Our staff will be on-site for general questions but will not provide personal training during Open Gym.
Safety First: Please use equipment safely and respect fellow members during your session.
Trial Basis: As this is a trial, Open Gym times and availability may change based on demand and feedback. Check the schedule regularly for updates.

SOLD OUT - HALF ROX
THIS EVENT IS SOLD OUT!
Join us for a HYROX half-race simulation March 23rd!
This event offers a condensed version of the traditional HYROX race, with half the distance and fewer repetitions. Participants will challenge their strength, endurance, and mental resilience through a series of running and functional fitness stations. Open to both seasoned athletes and those new to fitness racing, it provides an exciting, supportive atmosphere that celebrates the HYROX community. Competitors can race individually or in pairs, with heat times available upon registration.

*For mixed doubles, both partners will use men’s weights. at each station the workload will be split between the 2 of you with a YGIG format. BOTH partners will be required to run ALL 500m runs together.

**For mixed doubles, both partners will use men’s weights.
Heats run every 15 mins. Heat one will begin at 9am and the final heat will begin at 12pm. You will be notified of you heat time 1 week prior to the event. Please arrive for check in a minimum of 30 mins before your scheduled heat so you have time to get warmed up and ready for your race. If you miss your heat time you may run at a later time if one is available, however this is not guaranteed.
