April 4/11/18/25 - Pink Pony Club Series
Saucy, slinky, and just smutty enough—this four-week series is all about getting low, luscious, and deeply embodied through floorwork. Designed for those who crave fluidity, strength, and raw power, this series breaks down the fundamentals while exploring erotic dance elements, indulgent sensuality, and smooth, controlled transitions. Each class will break down fun sequences safely before weaving them into a scrumptious routine that will leave you feeling embodies, sensual, and fully in your power. April 27th - Kundalini Yoga & Nidra
This class will awaken and energize the body with Kundalini yoga followed by the deep rest and rejuvenation of Nidra. This combination can be beneficial to balance your energetic system, enhance self-awareness, and achieve a state of inner peace and harmony. We start with breath work and movement designed to invigorate the body and mind by moving energy through the 7 main chakras. This Kundalini practice is more somatic than dogmatic, as we strive to listen to the body and what it needs in the moment. Then we move to the Nidra, a guided meditation done while resting on your back with props that is often described as “yogic sleep". In Nidra we aim to achieve a state of deep relaxation where the body can repair and heal itself as it rewrites the stories that no longer serve us. REGISTER HERE
