Effective immediately for 6 and 12 month Unlimited and Unllimited Plus Members If you need to cancel a class with more than 24 hours' notice, you may reschedule at any time without penalty. If you late cancel (under 24 hours' notice) or no-show, a $10 cancellation fee will apply. This adjustment ensures fairness across all membership types, balancing availability for all members. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to create the best experience for everyone in our community.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION for BALANCE Members. Your week starts on the date of purchase of the BALANCE package. You can find your date of purchase on the app by clicking ‘More, then Purchases, then clicking on your Balance package.’ On the website go to ‘My Profile, then click on Passes and Memberships.’ You then need to see what day of the week that date was – that day is the starting day of your week. That week is the same through the duration of your package. The 3-month package has the same week for the entire 3 months; the 6-month package has the same week for the entire 6 months. The unlimited package doesn’t need to worry about weeks. The 1-month package will have a different week every month according to the purchase date. Virtual studio classes are held through the Zoom app. Our meeting ID number is 810 5878 2362 . The password is Pilates. Use this number and password to "join a meeting" to attend the virtual class. Click the link to open Zoom in a new window. Thank you!

With the end of the year coming up, some memberships may be expiring. Please note: you will not be able to book classes for dates after your package expiration date until a new package is purchased or renewed.
