Pole 1 Intensive
Join us for 4, 90-minute sessions covering pole basics!
We'll focus on conditioning, combining poses, and preparing for choreography as in a 60-minute class. You'll refine climbs, learn inverts from the floor or a jasmine, and build confidence.
What to bring: Knee pads for choreography. Heels are optional but recommended for the final two weeks. Prerequisite: Intro to Pole Class or Series.
Moves Covered (9 Total): Jasmine & variations, Genie & variations, Wrist Seat, Violator, Figurehead, Apprentice, Invert, Climb, and Superman.
This series qualifies you for Level 1 and allows you to join Level 2 classes!
