Start your New Year right! Join us for our newly redesigned 8-Week Student Immersion program and make a deeper commitment to yourself and to your practice. Our Student Immersion meets once a week and offers a great starting point for anyone interested in learning more about the lifestyle of yoga and in building a strong personal practice.
This program offers a unique mix of practice and discussion that covers the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of yoga. The following topics are explored:
+ Yoga and meditation as a tool for stress management
+ Nutrition and self-care
+ Understanding of your body composition (dosha) to better achieve optimal health and well-being
+ Tips to help you build a home practice, including in-depth exploration of postures
We will meet weekly on Wednesdays at 7p
starting January 8, 2025. Sessions are 1.5 hours long and include
discussion, practice, and learning in community! Register through
