We start with breath work and movement designed to invigorate the body and mind by moving energy through the 7 main chakras. This Kundalini practice is more somatic than dogmatic, as we strive to listen to the body and what it needs in the moment.
Then we move to the Nidra, a guided meditation done while resting on your back with props that is often described as “yogic sleep". In Nidra we aim to achieve a state of deep relaxation where the body can repair and heal itself as it rewrites the stories that no longer serve us.
