Join Us For Adult Group Fitness Classes!

Looking to add some variety into your workout schedule? Join us for any of the following no-commitment, drop-in style classes!

SUNDAY FUNDAY:

Sunday 9am-12pm

Bring the Funday to Sunday and join Liisa for this drop in circuit class! Prepare to work your full body using a variety of equipment (TRX, Balls, Bosus, Ladders, etc!). Stay for a half an hour, or stay for 2! Sundays are meant for working out at your own pace.... you do you!

FULL BODY FITNESS:

Tuesday 1-3pm, Wednesday 7-9pm, Friday 1-3pm

Full body fitness is a circut based class focusing on resistance training with weight. This class consists of lots of compound movements to work your whole body. As well as cardio, accessory work, mobility, stretching and more. This class is designed to get you moving your body at your own pace and working every muscle!

FRIDAY NIGHT FITNESS:

Friday 5-7pm

Why not close out the week with a treat for your body? A full body workout! Come for 20 minutes, or come for 2 hours - drop by anytime between 5-7 p.m. and you are sure to be met with a great workout with one of our trainers.

This circut based class can accommodate beginners while still having many challenges offered for regular gym-goers. SMC's adult group fitness space gives you a bird's eye view of our pinja floor so while your little one is having their own training session, you can have some you time all while being able to check-in on your child.
