Missing your weekly pole theatre class?! Not to worry! Maria is hosting a 2hr pole theatre class once a month! Only 2 class credits required. There will be an exciting new theme and style for each month’s choreography, so you can tap into a variety of expressions to expand your knowledge and personal repertoire. This class is beginner to intermediate friendly with options and variations for both levels including dynamic spin and climbing/inversion combos for those who are ready to perform up the pole.
