Invert 101 Series
Join our 6-week series and learn how to go upside
down safely, through a variety of skills to develop a safe and
effective class that will help condition for a clean invert and
help you embrace confidence.
Our class will teach 10 skills to include: figure four layback,
cross knee release, basic invert, inverted crucifix, flight
attendant/dragonfly, Scorpio, Gemini, inverted pike, thigh hold,
and butterfly. Don't miss out on this opportunity to improve your
skills and confidence!
- There will not be a routine
- Clients can expect be go between 3 and 5 ft off the
ground.
- Knee pads won’t be required, but heels can be optional.
Note* This is a beginner series, pole experience is not necessary
but will help.
